Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy:
We want you and your little ones to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with Luka’s Swim Day, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Please give us an opportunity to make it right for you!
How to Return:
Ensure the book is in new, unread condition.
Contact us at info@goosebooks.net with your order number.
Ship the book back to us at 398 Private Road 4676, Rhome, TX 76078.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we can either exchange for a new book or refund your purchase. If you elect for a refund, we will issue to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
