Meet the Author

Andrew Kline is passionate about keeping kids safe in and around the water. With over 20 years of experience in the aquatics industry, Andrew has taught tens of thousands of kids how to swim.

Andrew is currently serving as the VP of Franchise Development and Growth for SafeSplash Swim School. In this role, he oversees development of new SafeSplash Swim School locations across the country. Andrew has been with SafeSplash since 2023.

 

Drawing on his expertise and hands-on experience, Andrew wrote Luka’s Swim Day to help teach children essential water safety skills in a fun and engaging way. He believes that learning about water safety can be exciting, empowering, and an important step in building confidence for young swimmers. His goal is to make water safety accessible, memorable, and enjoyable for every child.

When he’s not helping swim schools grow or volunteering at his church, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and kids at their small farm in Rhome, TX.
